The EmpowerID Chatbot helps you quickly manage identity and access tasks using simple, natural language—directly in Microsoft Teams or a web interface. You can use it to request access, change your password, manage roles, and more—without needing to log in to the EmpowerID web portal.
It’s designed to save you time, reduce friction, and put control in your hands for common requests and actions.
What You Can Do
The chatbot can help with:

- Viewing your current roles or business requests

How It Works
