Supported Chatbot Commands
The EmpowerID Chatbot supports a wide range of natural language commands. You can type simple phrases like "change my password" or "request saasadmin role" to trigger workflows—no special syntax required.
This guide provides example commands grouped by the type of operation they perform.
The chatbot uses natural language understanding, so you don’t need to match these commands exactly. Similar phrases will usually work just as well.
Activate a Pre-Approved Group or Management Role
Use these commands to activate roles available to you without requiring approval.
Replace items marked with * (e.g., *saasadmin) with the actual role name you want to request.
