Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) in EmpowerID adds an extra layer of security to your account by requiring more than just your password to log in. Depending on how your organization sets it up, you may be asked to verify your identity using a one-time passcode, mobile app notification, biometric method, or security key. MFA helps keep your account secure, especially when accessing sensitive systems or logging in from new devices or locations.
