Things to Manage

The Things to Manage feature allows users to view and interact with EmpowerID-managed objects through a guided Chatbot experience. The Chatbot first presents a list of manageable object types, then provides corresponding management actions based on your selection.

The Chatbot recognizes natural language commands such as:
"things i can manage" or "things to manage"
These trigger the Things to Manage workflow.

How to Use Things to Manage

  1. In the Chatbot, type help to open the options menu.
  2. Click on the Things to Manage button.

  3. Select the action you wish to perform.
    Select Object
  4. Based on your selection, the Chatbot will display the management actions available for that object.

Request Access

If you select Request Access, you will be prompted to choose between Groups or Management Roles and Definitions to proceed with your access request.

🔷 Manage Groups

  1. Click the Group button to manage group-related actions.
    Select Group
  2. View a list of Pre-approved Groups that you are authorized to manage.
  3. Select the group you wish to join or take further action on.

Self Service

If you choose the Self-Service option, the Chatbot will display a list of workflows that you are authorized to run. You can select and execute any of these workflows directly within the Chatbot interface. Select Workflow
