Chatbot Commands
The EmpowerID Chatbot interprets natural language and text input as commands. Users can initiate supported workflows simply by typing relevant phrases or sentences. For example, typing change password in the chat will prompt a form to change the password.
Since the Chatbot supports natural language understanding, commands do not need to match exactly. The examples provided below are common patterns the Chatbot can recognize and act upon.
Activate Pre-Approved Group or Management Role
Initiate access requests for app or management roles using these examples:
Replace items prefixed with an asterisk * with the role name you wish to request.
