Verifying Business Requests are Generated
When you run an audit in EmpowerID, it should generate business requests that contain access recertification items defined by your organization's policies. Verifying that these requests are created ensures the audit is functioning correctly and that recertification can proceed.
EmpowerID generates business requests during audit compilation by grouping recertification items according to the applicable policy. For example, a group membership policy may bundle each user's group access into a single business request. This method streamlines tracking and managing recertification decisions across multiple users or groups.
This article provides step-by-step instructions to help you confirm that business requests are generated and accessible after audit compilation.
