IAM Shop Overview

The IAM Shop in EmpowerID provides a centralized interface for requesting access to resources like applications, groups, roles, and more. Instead of navigating through the entire portal to find what you need, you can simply search for and request resources in one place—just like shopping online.

You can view your current access, search and filter available resources, and add items to your cart. Items stay in the cart until you either check out or remove them. When you’re ready, submit a business request with a reason for the items you're requesting. The system will route your request to your manager or other designated approvers for review.

IAM Shop Interface

When you access the IAM Shop, the interface and options you see depend on your assigned permissions. The example below shows a user with full access.
