Removing and Restoring People

When a person leaves the organization or an account is mistakenly removed, administrators must take appropriate action. This section explains how to handle emergency terminations and restore identities when needed.

📄️ Deleting People (Emergency Termination)

Emergency termination is an unplanned leaver process that has to take immediate effect. You can accomplish this manually by running the DeleteMultiplePeopleWithOptions workflow.

📄️ Restoring Deleted People

EmpowerID maintains a record of all terminated Person accounts for easy restoration of those accounts as needed. Restoring deleted person accounts makes those accounts active and restores any resources those people had, including their original user accounts and mailboxes. You can accomplish this manually by running the ResourceMultipleDeletedPeople workflow.
