Restoring Deleted People
EmpowerID maintains a record of all terminated Person accounts for easy restoration of those accounts as needed. Restoring deleted person accounts makes those accounts active and restores any resources those people had, including their original user accounts and mailboxes. You can accomplish this manually by running the ResourceMultipleDeletedPeople workflow.
Procedure
- On the navbar, expand Identity Management and select People.
- From the Actions pane, click the Restore Deleted People in Bulk action.
- Search for the deleted person you want to restore and then tick the box beside the corresponding person record.
- As needed, repeat step 3 for each additional deleted person to be restored.
- When ready, click Submit.
- Click Yes to confirm your decision; otherwise, click No to exit the workflow.
- Click Submit to close the Operation Execution Summary.
Expected Results
EmpowerID restores each selected person and any resources those people had.
