EmpowerID enables administrators to organize people into groups and establish relationships within the organization.

📄️ Adding People to Groups

EmpowerID allows you to manually add people to groups as needed. When you do so, the user account associated with the person is added to the group. There are several ways to add people to groups:

You can create Person relationships within EmpowerID to model the hierarchy of your organizational structure. This allows for automatic workflow routing to occur between, for example, an employee and that employee's manager when Manager is selected as a relationship and that option is enabled in a workflow.
