📄️ About the View One Person Page
Each resource object that EmpowerID protects has a View One page associated with it. For people, this page is the “View One Person Page.” This page contains tabs and accordions that provide information about a specific person and gives administrators and other delegated users the ability to manage that person in EmpowerID. The below image shows what a typical View One Person Page looks like to a user with admin access to the person.
📄️ Editing Person Attributes
Delegated users can edit the attributes of any person in the Resource Admin application. If the person being edited has user accounts in any connected account stores where attribute sync is enabled, EmpowerID pushes those edits to each external directory account owned by that person.
📄️ Updating a Person's Manager
Delegated users can update the manager of a person on the View or View One page for the person. If the person being edited has user accounts in Active Directory and other connected account stores where attribute sync is enabled, EmpowerID pushes updates to each external directory account owned by that person where the update has a corresponding attribute.
📄️ Setting Home Pages
A person's home page is the default page they see after logging in to your site. By default, EmpowerID assigns to each person their personal dashboard as their home page. This can be changed corporately via the Password Manager policies assigned to people as well as individually on a person-by-person basis. This article demonstrates both methods.
📄️ Assigning Approver Delegates
When managers and other decision-makers are out of the office, you can make others "Approver Delegates" for those people. In EmpowerID, Approver Delegates are people who can approve and deny requests on behalf of someone.
📄️ Transferring Responsibilities
There are a number of scenarios in which you must transfer the responsibility for resources from one person to another, such as when a person is leaving the company or changing departments or taking an extended leave of absence. In such cases, it is inefficient to transfer each type of object for which the person is responsible. Instead, you can transfer all of the objects for which the person is responsible to another person using the Transfer Resource Owner workflow.
📄️ Unlocking Locked-Out People
If a person attempts to log in to EmpowerID but repeatedly types the wrong password within the length of time specified in the Password Manager policy that is applied to that person, EmpowerID will lock that person out of EmpowerID for the duration defined by the policy. Once that occurs the person will not be able to log in during the lockout period – even if they subsequently submit the correct password. When this is the case, you can unlock that person's account by following the procedure outlined below.

📄️ Manually Move People to New Business Roles and Locations
When the Business Role or Location of people within your organization changes, you can move those people to a new Business Role and Location within EmpowerID as appropriate. EmpowerID provides two methods for doing so, moving people on a case-by-case basis or moving people in bulk.
