User Experience - Manage Your Identity

EmpowerID's MyIdentity portal includes the Manage Your Identity wizard, which provides users with a set of guided workflows to manage various aspects of their identity. This feature enables users to perform common self-service actions such as:

  • Updating personal profile information
  • Managing authentication methods
  • Viewing or modifying role assignments
  • Initiating identity-related workflows

This article explains how to access and use the Manage Your Identity wizard in MyIdentity.

Access the Manage Your Identity Wizard

  1. In MyIdentity, click the Page drop-down and select Workflows.

  2. On the Workflows page, click Manage Your Identity Wizard.

    This opens the Manage Your Identity wizard, which includes a list of identity-related self-service actions.

Perform an Identity Management Action

  1. Select the identity-related action you want to perform from the list of available options and click Next.

  2. Follow the step-by-step instructions in the wizard to complete the selected action. Each workflow guides the user through the required fields and validations.
