Assign MFA Types to Password Manager Policies

EmpowerID allows you to assign specific multi-factor authentication (MFA) types to Password Manager policies, ensuring users meet your organization's security requirements during authentication.

Assign MFA Types to Password Manager Policies​

  1. On the navbar, expand Admin and click Password Management.
  2. Search for the Password Manager policy you want to configure and click its Display Name link.
  3. On the policy details page, select the Authentication Settings tab.
  4. Click Add MFA Type to assign an MFA type to the policy.
  5. Select the desired MFA type from the list and configure its settings as needed.
  6. Click Save to apply the changes.
