Query-Based Collections
Query-Based Collections in EmpowerID—also known as Set Groups—enable the dynamic grouping of people or resources by leveraging live data from connected systems like Active Directory, LDAP, SQL, Oracle, and HR platforms. Administrators can create SQL-Based Sets directly in the UI for use with Identity Warehouse data, or work with development teams to build Code-Based Sets in Workflow Studio for advanced logic. These collections drive automation, access assignments, and control visibility across Shared Folders, Workflows, and Protected Resources.
