IAM Shop

EmpowerID’s IAM Shop is a centralized, self-service application that allows users to request access to IT resources required for their job functions. Its intuitive interface enables users to view their current entitlements and easily request additional access. Access requests are initiated by adding items to a shopping cart, streamlining the process and enabling faster fulfillment. To enhance usability and reduce frustration, the contents of the shopping cart are preserved even if the user navigates away from the IAM Shop.
